These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 877bd ("877bd", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 877bd platform available at https://877bd.io and any associated mobile or web applications, products, and services.

877bd is an online betting and gaming platform designed to serve adult players in the Bangladesh market. • You must not already hold an existing active account on the 877bd platform. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.

By creating an 877bd account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Any false declaration of eligibility will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You agree to provide truthful information at all times and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.1 Account Information

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact telephone number, and your preferred payment method details. You may also be asked to provide your district or division within Bangladesh for demographic purposes.

4.2 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 877bd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 877bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 877bd platform. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be subject to closure without notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be considered void.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

877bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Players may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting support.

All financial transactions on the 877bd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 877bd does not charge conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 877bd balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. In rare cases involving network delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• 877bd does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any such deposits will be reported to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours subject to successful identity verification (KYC) and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved by the 877bd compliance team.
• 877bd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 before processing payment.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending KYC review, or an ongoing investigation related to the account.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 877bd platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live in-play betting, virtual sports, and multi-bet combinations:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 877bd. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where the requested stake exceeds set liability limits, where the odds have moved prior to confirmation, or where the system detects unusual betting patterns associated with a specific account or IP address.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as declared by the recognised governing body for that sport or competition. For cricket markets, results are determined based on the official scorecard published by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant franchise league authority, depending on the competition.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; the market is declared void by 877bd due to a data error; the event is settled on the basis of an incorrect result that is subsequently reversed by the governing body; or the bet was placed in error as a result of a pricing or technical error on the platform.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of play (e.g., while a ball is in play during a cricket delivery). Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. 877bd cannot guarantee continuous availability of live odds and accepts no liability for delays caused by data feed interruptions or network issues.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per 24-hour period. These limits vary by sport, market type, and bet amount. Details of applicable maximum win limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and in the relevant product-specific rules section of the 877bd platform.

877bd may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All such offers are governed by the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies, or placing low-risk bets designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877bd platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 877bd platform (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the 877bd platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept communications, or interfere with the platform's security infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 877bd staff or other players.

All content available on the 877bd platform — including but not limited to the 877bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 877bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any platform content without prior written consent from 877bd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any 877bd trademark, logo, or brand identifier in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 877bd intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 877bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes, game results, or market movements.
• Technical failures, platform outages, or interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure providers or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies that result in the voiding or re-settlement of bet markets.

877bd's total liability to any player in connection with a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek resolution through competent legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek urgent or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is warranted.

877bd makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
